When we left Seattle in 2017, we drove through the Cape May area to visit friends. I was very excited to return as it's a really cute town. I wish we could have a home here!
Once in Cape May, we made our first stop at the Wawa for coffee (my new favorite place to grab iced lattes, they are super affordable!) and then we hit the U.S. Coast Guard base to visit the exchange to stock up on a few supplies. It just so happened to be their graduation so we didn't stick around for long.
We stayed at a campground in Ocean View, which was OK, but definitely not our favorite. Echo Farms RV Resort, which is an Encore Resort and is affiliated with Thousand Trails. We are supposed to get a discount through Thousand Trails but we found a MILITARY20 discount which saved us more so we went with that.
During the day we visited a few wineries and made sure to stock up on wine for the next week. Thanks to Groupon, we tried Jessie Creek Winery and Natali Vineyards - both of which we enjoyed.
Before we left New Jersey, we were excited to have dinner with Keith's Aunt, Uncle and Cousin in Ashbury Park. Sadly, I didn't get a photo, but it was a really fun time catching up with family. They are always fun to visit!
